God is real. That changes everything. We see evidence of that reality in the universe and the world around us; in the Bible, God’s spoken word for us; and in Jesus Christ, God’s self-revelation to us. It is that reality that shapes our lives and our gathered times of worship.

To be known is the first step into meaningful relationship. Being known here at PFBC begins with a simple act of learning someone’s name. God already knows your name, but we don’t. So as you begin to worship with us, our goal is to learn your name and for you to learn some of our names.

Belonging follows being known. Belonging is best experienced in community. Our goal then is that you might find a smaller community within PFBC where you are known and where you experience belonging.

  • Our home base is here in Parksville, BC. View Locations & Times

  • Arrive a few minutes early and say hello. If you have children ages infant to grade 5, head over to our Children’s Ministry to check them in for Kids Church. Then, find a seat in the auditorium.

    A typical service is 60-75 minutes long and begins with music led by a worship team. This is followed by a sermon from the Bible, we also take communion together regularly.

    We have a team of greeters and volunteers ready to answer any questions you may have.

  • Whatever you’re comfortable with! It’s normal to see many people wearing jeans and sneakers. It’s also very normal to see people in khakis and dress shoes. We are more casual than formal.

  • Yes! We have a robust children’s ministry that meets during the 9 AM service, where they learn about Jesus in a fun and safe environment.

    Generally, our weekend services will have a children’s service for kids up to 5th grade. You can learn more on our Kids Page.
