If you've graduated from High School and not quite out of your twenties, then the Young Adult Community is for you!  There are three main points of connection for those interested in being a part of the Young Adult community at Parksville Baptist Church.  We hope that you'll become involved in one or more of them ...

Young Adult HUBS ...

'HUBS' are much like the small groups that we've done before, but they now can grow larger than the typical 10-12 people.  They all share common elements, including a bible study, a leader or facilitator, and a time of prayer, but each HUB iis unique in it's location and what the focus of the bible study time is.  For a current list of HUBS to choose from, check out the Young Adult area (top right) or www.pym.ca.

The Thirsty Gathering ...

Sunday evenings at 6pm is a key gathering time for many Young Adults.  Although this is a multi-generational worship gathering, dozens of twenty-somethings call it their home.  Following the Gathering, many will hang out and visit at the church building or go to the local Starbuck's to continue their conversations ... you are invited!

Old School Potluck Meals ...

Every couple of months, all the HUBS and anyone else that wants to come along can join in on an old school potluck dinner.  Basically, everyone brings enough food for themselves and one other person (or more).  We eat and visit and then all head into the Thirsty Gathering.  Watch www.pym.ca for upcoming information.
